ACORD Form Personalization Page

Use the ACORD Form Personalization page to let the system pre-fill all miscellaneous coverage information from the Miscellaneous Coverage page to Sagitta-supported ACORD forms. You must personalize every ACORD form that your agency uses in PI.Control to define pages and forms available for data entry. Using this page, you can add or delete any ACORD forms and their associated lines of business.

How to access this page

To access the ACORD Form Personalization page:

  • At the Sagitta Home page, click Other.

  • Select Personalization > System > ACORD Form Personalization.

Required Field - Top of Page

ACORD Form # - the ACORD form number to which you want additional miscellaneous coverage data to pre-fill.

Field Entries - Line of Business/Additional Info pre-fill Line Item Set

Line of Business - the ACORD Line of Business code (s) that you want to pre-fill to the ACORD Form # entered on the top of this page.

pre-fill Indicator - Yes or No option to indicate if you want the additional form information to pre-fill to the Remarks section of the ACORD form. Use the drop down list to select one of these two options.

Click

To

Save or Alt+S

save the ACORD Form Personalization page after you complete all required fields.

Quit or Alt+Q

exit from the specific ACORD Form Personalization and access a blank page for another entry.

Options - Data Grid

Click

To

Add

add a line of business to the grid.

Edit

edit an existing line.

Delete

remove a line of business from the grid.

Print

print the list in the grid.

Options -  Data Entry Page

Click

To

Save

save the line item.

Save&Add

save the line and opens a new line for entering data.

Cancel

exit the line item without saving it.
