Address Options Dialog Box

The Address Options Dialog Box appears when you select Yes in response to the prompt "Do you want to print this check immediately?" from the following check progrSagitta:

• Accounts Receivable Disbursements
• Add/Change Vendor Payables Invoice
• Company Bill Insurer Disbursements
• Group Print Check Process
• Insurance Payment Process
• One Step Direct Bill
• Pay Insurance Invoice
• Vendor Payable Payment Process

The contact information in this dialog box pre-fills based on entries on the Vendor Multiple Addresses Page. When the dialog box appears, select the appropriate contact to pre-fill the contact information to the check. You also have the option to enter a Temporary Address at the bottom of the dialog box. Data entered here pre-fills to the check, but is not stored in the system.
