Lookup Add Maintenance Page

Use this page to enable (turn on) or disable (turn off) "Add" functionality that lets agency employees add codes in Lookup fields for files accessed through Generic Code Maintenance or from menu options such as Insurer Codes, Payee Codes & Commissions, or ZIP Codes.

If this option is turned on (the option is set to Yes) employees can easily add codes without disrupting the work they are doing. They need not navigate a series of menus to access the page where they add the code.

How to access this page

  1. From the Sagitta Home Page, click Other >  Maintenance > Policy.

  2. In the File name field, type the file name or use Lookup to search for it.

  3. TAB to the Lookup Add turned on? field and use the arrow to make your selection.

Be able to add codes from Lookup fields where this function is available. Yes is the default option for this field.

No

Notbe able to add codes from Lookup fields.

If users do not have menu items such as Insurers, Payees, or ZIP Codes on their menus, the Add button in the Lookup box for those items is disabled.
