Overnight UTM Process Parameters Page

Use the Overnight UTM Process Parameters page to set up your agency's Overnight Report Processing and report options. From this page, you select the:

• Option to have Batch/Overnight reports sent to Adobe Acrobat.

• Staff member who should receive the output reports.

• UTM processing and report options you want to include in the Overnight Report Process.

How to access this page

To access the Overnight UTM Process Parameters page:

1. On the Sagitta Home Page, click Other > Personalization.

2. Select System > Overnight UTM Process Parameters.

Selection Options

Staff Id for UTM reports - the staff member code for the person who should receive the reports.

Send File Save Reports to Acrobat®for - the staff member code for the person who should receive the File Save reports.

Build UTM Transfer List

Automatically Overnight? - Yes or No option to for building the UTM Transfer List as part of the Overnight Process.

Regions  - The Region code for the Region(s) to be included. You can expand the Regions list. Click the Lookup icon to select from a list of all Regions.

Division Number - Enter or select the division number (s) that you want to include in the UTM Transfer Detail List process.

Leave both the Regions and the Divisions fields blank to get all regions and divisions

Regional/Divisional Options – Select one of the following from the options drop-down list:

• Regional – to sort and break the report at Regions only.  (Cannot be used if Divisions have been selected individually or in addition to Regions)

• Divisional – to sort and break the report at Divisions only

• Both – to sort and break the report at Regions and then, Divisions within each Region

Print UTM Transfer Detail List  

Automatically Overnight? - Yes or No option for producing the Print UTM Transfer Detail List as part of the Overnight UTM Process Parameters.

Post UTM Transfer List

Automatically Overnight? - Yes or No option for posting the UTMs to journals as part of the Overnight Report Process.

Are other users logged on? - Yes or No option as to whether or not people will be logged onto the system when the Overnight Report Process is run.

Options

Click	To
Save	Save the Overnight UTM Process Parameters page after you input all required fields. The Save Successful message appears.
Quit	Exit the Overnight UTM Process Parameters page without processing any changes and return to a blank page.
