Payee Codes

Use the Payee Codes page to record information about the insurance companies to whom your agency makes payments. The system references the Payee Code when you pay the insurer.

You can associate one Payee Code with multiple Insurer Codes.

You must complete the Payee Codes file before you create Insurer Codes.

The Payee Codes page includes a Commission Table grid.

Use the Commission Table to add, edit, or delete "standard" new and renewal commission percentages for each agency-billed or company-billed coverage that your agency writes for an insurer. The percentages entered on the Commission Table pre-fill to the policy and to the subsequent invoice record.

If you invoice a coverage to which you do not want to apply the "standard" commission rate, you can override the commission rate using the Invoices to Clients Page - Invoice Tab.
