Staff Security Maintenance Page
Use the Staff Security Maintenance page to set up Client Level Division Security.
The client level security program is included as part of the Sagitta software. You need to load the appropriate software to activate the security program, which is available at no charge. You can order the software by contacting Vertafore Customer Care.
How to Access the Staff Security Maintenance Page

From the Sagitta Home Page, click Other.

Click Personalization > System > Staff Security Maintenance. The Staff Security Maintenance page appears.
Completing the Fields on the Staff Security Maintenance Page
Staff Code - Type the code of the staff member for whom you are setting up Client Level Division Security.
All Divisions/Departments?- Yes/No option field. Select Yes from the drop-down menu to allow access to all departments and divisions. Select No from the drop-down menu if you want to specify divisions the selected staff member can access by completing the Specified Divisions grid.
Allow change of Policy Division – Yes/No option field. Select Yes from the drop-down menu to allow a user to change the policy division number. Select No from the drop-down menu to restrict a user from changing the policy division number.
Completing the Specified Divisions Grid
If you selected No from the drop-down menu in the All Divisions/Departments? field, complete the Specified Divisions grid to list the divisions the selected staff member can access.
Enter the division in the Division field, or use the Lookup icon to search for and select a valid division. Indicate whether the staff member must be listed as a producer on the Client Details page to obtain access by selecting Yes in the Producer field.
Once you have completed all required fields on the page, click Save or press ALT+S to save your changes to the Staff Security Maintenance page. Complete the page for all remaining staff members.
