Add a New Client

Add a new client by completing and saving data on the Client Details page. The Add New Client... button is available from the Client Search page. Click the Client Search tab on the Home Page to access Client Search.

  1. On the top global navigation bar click Clients. The Clients search page appears.
  2. Click Add New Client.... A new page appears.
  3. In the Enter a New Client Code field enter the client code for the new client.
  4. Click OK. The Client Details page appears.

Important Information that you enter in the Insured section of the Client Details page may pre-fill to the Home or Business address section of the Contacts page, so it is important that you enter as much information as possible. Doing so will save you repetitive data entry.

  1. Complete all the required fields and then click Save.

View or Edit Basic Client Information

You use the Client Details page to view and/or edit client information.

To view or edit client information

  1. Look up and load the client. The Client Details page appears.
  1. Make changes to fields as needed.
  2. Click Save.
