ACORD 855 NY Construction Certificate of Liability

You can now add the ACORD 855 NY Construction Certificate of Liability Insurance Addendum to the ACORD 25 Certificate. To support the 855NY form, fill out the ACORD 855 NY Construction Questions section on the General Liability Underwriting page.

Sagitta pre-fills data to the ACORD 855NY form if the policy has an Additional Interest, and if the Additional Interest is selected when generating the Certificate of Insurance. Add the ACORD NY 855 as an attachment to the ACORD 25 Template.

The form can be attached to a client holder; however, only header information will be pre-filled.
