Get a VSSO Account
Use the information on this page to help you obtain a Vertafore Single Sign On (VSSO) account for eForms.
Before you can personalize Sagitta for eForms, you must have an agency-user ID and a password to gain access. This account is a global account for your agency and, once added to the Vertafore Services Personalization page, it provides access to forms on the Vertafore eForms server for all your users.

Carefully consider your choice of a representative email address. The email address you submit to serve as an account for your agency must be accessible to a select group of admin-level individuals at your agency. VSSO passwords expire with some frequency and then must be updated. If this email account is not accessible and the password expires, you will be unable to connect to the eForms server.
To obtain an account:
- Go to MyVertafore and create a case; request credentials to use Vertafore eForms with Sagitta.
- When you receive the activation email from Vertafore, use the agency ID (an email address) and temporary password provided in the email to log into the activation site. The link to the website is in the email; this will be an individualized email address that is specific to your agency.
- Create a new password, select your security questions, and then provide your answers. Be sure to note the password rules and security question tips listed on the page. This information will help you create strong passwords.
- Save this information somewhere secure. Your user credentials (email ID and password) are required to personalize Vertafore Services Sagitta for Vertafore eForms.
