Print a Synonym Dictionary

First make a list of the Dictionary files you need for Report Builder purposes, then print just one Dictionary file at a time! Printing "ALL" Dictionary files will tie up your workstation and printer for a very long time. In addition, the system includes many Dictionary files that you do not use with Report Builder.
  1. From the Sagitta Home Page , click Other.
  2. Click Maintenance > Miscellaneous > Dictionary Maintenance. The Dictionary Maintenance page appears.
  3. Click Adobe on the Print Options bar.
  4. At the message Enter File Name to Print Dictionaries for, type the name of the file for which you want to print the synonym dictionary. You can also use the Lookup icon to search for and select a file name.
  5. Click OK.
  6. At the message Print all dictionaries or Synonyms only? select Synonym. Important Print one Dictionary at a time. Do not print ALL. Printing all dictionaries will tie up your printer and workstation for a very long time!
  1. The dictionary is displayed in Adobe. To print the dictionary, select the print icon from the Adobe toolbar.
