New process Vertafore eforms display at the top of the formset

The 125 (2016/03), 125 FL (2016/03), and 127 (2016/03) are created using a new process and will display at the top of the forms list. When these forms are selected, along with other forms that were added previously, they will be listed first, followed by the rest of the forms in numerical order. The new process forms process more quickly than the other forms.

More Loss Information to ACORD 125 and 125 FL

Up to five years of losses for a policy will go to the ACORD 125 – Commercial Insurance Application (2016/03), and the ACORD 125 FL - Florida Commercial Insurance Application (2016/03). Previously, only losses entered in the current policy term would go to the form. In addition, data prefills to all columns in the Loss History section of the forms. Previously, only a few columns had data prefilled to them.

ACORD 127 (2015/12) Displays at the Bottom of the Formset

The new version of the ACORD 127 form included in this release is generated using a new process. This form, and others added in later releases, using the same process, will be listed at the bottom of the eForms formset, regardless of the order in which the forms were selected. The new process may result in faster processing time on policies with many units at risk.

Additions to the ACORD 143 Transportation Section (2013/09) Form – Miscellaneous Coverage Codes and Miscellaneous Underwriting Questions

New Miscellaneous Coverage codes, and Miscellaneous Underwriting questions have been added in support of the Motor Truck Cargo Legal Liability page of the ACORD 143 Transportation Section (2013/09) form.

The following codes have been added to Miscellaneous Coverages for line of business TRANS:

• TRSFT: When this code is added, with a deductible amount, Special Form, Including theft, and Loading/Unloading is X'd and the deductible amount entered displays in the Deductible field to the right of the section

• TRSFL: When this code is added, with a deductible amount, Special Form, and Loading/Unloading are X'd, and the deductible amount entered displays in the Deductible field to the right of the section.

• TRNPL: When this code is added, with a deductible amount, Named Perils, and Loading/Unloading is X'd, and the deductible amount entered displays in the Deductible field to the right of the section.

The following questions have been added to Miscellaneous Underwriting for line of business MTRTK:

• PRHDS: When this question is entered, along with text in Remarks, the text goes to the Property Hauled field on the form

• TERDS: When this question is entered, along with text in Remarks, the text goes to Territory field on the form

• GRTML: When this question is entered, along with a number in Amount, the number goes to the Gross Receipts Last 12 Months field on the form. (Note that before this release, this amount would be prefilled from the Gross Receipts Past 12 Months question in Business Auto Underwriting on a monoline policy, and from Miscellaneous Coverages code GRLTM.).

• GRNTM: When this question is entered, along with a number in Amount, the number goes to the Gross Receipts Next 12 Months field on the form. (Note that before this release, this amount would be prefilled from the Gross Receipts Next 12 Months question in Business Auto Underwriting on a monoline policy, and from Miscellaneous Coverages code GRNTM.).

• 14301: When this question is entered, along with a number in Amount, that number displays in the Average Distance field on the form.

• 14302: When this question is entered, along with a number in Amount, that number displays in the Maximum Distance field on the form.

• 14303: When this question is entered, along with state codes in Remarks, those state codes display in List States Where Filings Required field.
