May 15, 2026

Vertafore is pleased to release TransactNOW 2026 R1. With each release, we are incrementally improving and updating TransactNOW to provide you with the best possible experience.

What's New

eDocs: IVANS Mailbox Correlate to Management System (Sagitta and AMS360)

How customers use it:

Customers rely on this feature to ensure that incoming IVANS eDocs automatically match to the correct client, policy, or activity in their management system. Instead of manually searching for where an eDoc belongs, the system does the correlation for them.

Customer benefit:

Faster processing, fewer misfiled documents, and reduced manual cleanup.

In order to take advantage of this feature:

  1. All agency users who are able to configure eDocs and Messages personalization can access this new personalization screen. Navigate to TransactNOW > Configuration > eDocs and Messages Configuration

  2. Select Settings, and select the management system that is associated with the IVANS account at the top of the page.

    1. AMS360 agents with multiple databases associated with that one IVANS account can enter the primary and other database numbers in the “Agency Number” field below.

    2. Sagitta agents need only to select Sagitta from the dropdown menu.

UI Configuration – Better eDocs Integration to AMS360 (Activity Action Types)

How customers use it:

AMS360 Customers configure how eDocs appear in their database using new and improved UI settings that take the Action Codes they have set up on their own database, or the database they designate as their primary one in the case of multiple databases associated with one IVANS account. They can map document types to specific Action Types so that incoming documents are reflected more granularly in their AMS360 database, and automatically trigger the right workflows.

Customer benefit:

Cleaner and more descriptive activity logs, better automation, and less manual categorization.

In order to take advantage of this feature:

  1. All AMS360 agency users, who are able to configure eDocs and Messages personalization, can access this new personalization screen after they have set up their management system and database information up in the prior step. Navigate to TransactNOW > Configuration > eDocs and Messages Configuration

  2. Select the first carrier to set up and then select the Personal Configuration tab.

This needs to be done for Commercial Configuration and Surety Configuration for the carriers that send those types of eDocs.

  3. Go to the Business Type that you want to configure first, then, from the dropdown, select the Action Type that you want to correlate with that Business Type. Note that you can click on the check box to the left of the words “Action Type” in order to select the same Action Type for each of the Business Types in the first column. This correlates the carrier’s eDocs and Messages transaction description with what you want displayed in Activity or Suspense in AMS360, replacing what was previously labeled "eDocs Action". Click on Save at the bottom right to save your changes.

if you do not make any changes here, the Activity and Suspense records written in AMS360 will continue to say “eDocs Action” as the Action Code.

  4. Go to the Activity Type tab and select the Activity Type that you want to configure first, then, from the dropdown, select the Action Type you want to correlate with that Activity Type. Note that you can click on the check box to the left of the words “Action Type” in order to select the same Action Type for each of the Activity Types in the first column.

  5. If you would like to set up other carriers' personalization with the identical personalization you just saved, select Copy Personalization, then select the carriers you would like to have that same personalization copied to.

Multiple Agency IDs – Better eDocs Integration to AMS360

How customers use it:

Customer benefit:

Accurate routing for multiple location or entity agencies.

In order to take advantage of this feature:

  1. All agency users who are able to configure eDocs and Messages personalization can access this new personalization screen. Navigate to TransactNOW > Configuration > eDocs and Messages Configuration

    1. AMS360 agents with multiple databases associated with that one IVANS account can enter the primary and other database numbers in the “Agency Number” field below.

Claims: IVANS Mailbox Correlate to Management System (Sagitta and AMS360)

How customers use it:

Customers see a claims-related transaction automatically matched to the correct claim file, or policy, if they have the Claims Integration to AMS360 turned on. For Sagitta agents, this will also help with finding the matching claims.

Customer benefit:

Faster claims handling and fewer misfiled claim documents.
