Change account name and email address

To open the VSSO console:

• Go to https://vim.identity.vertafore.com/VIM/.
• From AMS360, click 360 Toolbox > Vertafore Single Sign-On.

In the VSSO console under User Details, VSSO administrators can change the name, email address, or role for any user or administrator account, except their own.

Users can also change their name, password, and security questions by going to the VSSO console. The following image is what users see when they open the VSSO console.
