Roles: Grant or revoke administrator rights

VSSO administrators can grant or revoke administrator rights to any VSSO user account by changing the account’s role.

  1. Click Manage Users, and then click the user account you want.
  2. Under Roles, click the option you want.
    • Administrator role has full admin rights for all user accounts, products, and settings in their agency
    • Group Administrator role has admin rights limited to users and products in selected groups
    • User role can change only their name, password, and security questions
  3. Click Save.

You can grant full and group administrator rights to as many VSSO user accounts as you want.

You can also change the name, email address, and role for any VSSO user or administrator account, except your own. However, another administrator with full admin rights can change your name, email address, and role on your behalf.
