Carrier Connectivity Panel

The Carrier Connectivity Panel on your My Agency Home page shows claims notifications and activity/notes from TransactNOW.

To see the panel you must set up your credentials in Credential Manager for IVANS Claims Download and IVANS Single Policy Resend. Use the following instruction to set up the needed credentials.

1. Click the down arrow next to your name in the upper corner of the page and select Credential Manager.

2. On the Credential Manager page for your user, select IVANS Claims Download from the Service Provider list.
   
   
   
3. Enter your IVANS Y-Account information:
   1. Username(lowercase): Your IVANS 7-character User ID (length may vary).
   2. Password (lowercase): The one your agency uses to pick up your download files. If you don't know it, it's mostly likely the same as your username.
   3. Description: Identify this credential, we suggest Claims and Activities/Notes.
   4. Agency/Producer Codes: Click Add and type your IVANS 4-character Y -account (length may vary), add a description, and click OK.

Repeat steps 2 through 3 substituting IVANS Single Policy Resend for IVANS Claim Download.
