Expiring Policies Panel

The Expiring Policies panel summarizes the number of policies expiring up to the next 120 days that are assigned to you.

The panel provides a convenient reference of the renewals you need to act on. You also start a renewal process by selecting the policy, clicking Renew, and then choosing the type of Renewal you want.

The Panel includes sorts and options to help you find just the information you're looking for. To see the criteria you can sort on as well as additional options, click the down arrow to the right of the panel name. A drop-down list displays the sorts, options, and other selections for filtering the items in the list.

You can choose to show policies in the panel based on the Renewal List Tool or all Expiring Policies within the user's Service Group. To set the option, from the Platform toolbar click the More icon (...) > Admin > Set Agency Expiring Policy Source. The option is set for the entire agency.

Also, sometimes the Expiring Policies panel and the My Expiring Policies view in the AMS360 Home Center don't show the same policies. The following information explains some of the reasons why.
