My Agency Home
The My Agency Home page provides a single cohesive application experience for you to view the information and access all the Vertafore capabilities you need to manage your agency and keep your client work up to date. It requires no installation, you see My Agency Home by accessing https:\\platform.vertafore.com and entering your single sign-on email and password.
The Vertafore Agency Platform application is designed around three main areas:
Navigation Bar
Contains the Dashboard, Toolbar, Message indicators, and username list with information and user tools.
- Use it to: Access various Vertafore capabilities, search for AMS360 and PL Rating clients, change your Platform settings, view alerts and notifications, and navigate back to My Agency Home.
- The Toolbar provides access to various Vertafore Agency Platform package capabilities and your client data:
- Alerts and Notification icons show any alerts and notifications from PL Rating, AMS360, and Agency Platform.
- The arrow beside your name is a menu where you can:
- Choose your Platform Settings
- Open Credential Manager (TransactNOW)
- Manage your Single Sign On password (Administrators can also manage other user accounts)
- Exit to close the Platform as well as AMS360 and PL Rating, if they are open. If either AMS360 or PL Rating are on a screen that requires a user response such as Save or Cancel, those applications will not close automatically.
Dashboard Click to return to My Agency Home. 
Search Open Client Search. 
Actions Add a new client by accessing the New Client page, create a New Activity/Suspense by opening the window, or a New Quote by launching PL Rating. 
Capabilities Access integrated applications. 
More Includes:
--Favorites - access and create favorite links.
--Admin - access the system administrator functionality of integrated capabilities .
--Help - answer common how-to questions, watch videos, use a walkthru to complete a task, and provide feedback on Agency Platform.
Alerts Time-critical messages. 
Notifications General messages.
Sidebar
Contains the Recent Clients list and the Work Queue. The Recent Clients shows both 360 and PL Rating customers recently accessed.
- Use it to: Access the client information you most recently viewed.
In the Work Queue, view and act on work you are assigned. For more information see:
Workspace
Contains the My Agency Home page with panels containing information and tasks that need to be completed.
- Use it to: Quickly view and act on your expiring policies, to-dos, and recent quotes. For more information, see:
Options and Customization Settings
Agency Platform also allows you to customize the placement and appearance of tiles and panels, and conveniently access and control various settings and options.
Within My Agency Home, you can move or re-size panels and move tiles to customize your workspace. For more information, see Customize Tiles and Panels.
Click the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the My Agency Home. You'll see a menu with selections for Platform Settings, username and password, and Credential Manager. The Platform Setting is where you set the tiles and panels that appear on your My Agency Home page. You'll find settings for each panel on the panel itself. The down arrow next to the panel name contains options for that panel.
