Renew a Personal Lines Policy

When a personal lines policy appears on your Expiring Policies panel, you can begin the renewal process from the panel.

  1. On the My Agency Home page in the Expiring Policies panel select the policy, and then click Renew.
  2. In the Create Renewal/Rewrite dialog box, update the basic policy information if anything has changed, and then click OK.
  3. In the policy information window, change any information, coverages, or other details for the renewing policy, and then click OK.
    The policy is now renewed and shows that status in My Expiring Policies view on the Home Center in AMS360.
  4. If you need a Binder, with the new term selected go to eForms Manager and create the Binder and any Auto ID cards for your insured.
  5. When you have completed the Binder and ID cards, send them to the customer to complete the policy renewal.
