View Task List

The task list is a list of tasks associated with the workflow, step, or user that you are viewing in Process Dashboard. Task lists are available in both dashboards and service levels. From the task list you can open, reassign, or reschedule tasks. You also have the option to export the task list into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

The task list displays the top 1000 tasks. If you have more than 1000 tasks, you can use the Export feature to view all tasks.

  1. Click to see the task list associated with the level of data you are viewing in Process Dashboard.

  1. Review the task list.
  2. Select a task or multiple tasks from the list, and then click one of the following options to:
    1. Open – open the task in Browser Client.
    2. Reassign – assign the task to a different person and change the priority (see Reassign a Task).
    3. Reschedule – reschedule the task for a different date (see Reschedule a Task).
    4. Export to Excel – export the st into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
  3. Click a column header to change the sort order of the list to either be ascending or descending by the selected column value. For example, click the File Name header to sort the list by file name in alphabetical order. Click the File Name header again to sort the list by file name in reverse alphabetical order.
  4. Click to select columns to show or hide from the list.

Tasks can be displayed as disabled in Task list. It happens in the following cases:

  • Task is locked by another user.
  • Processing tasks on some steps is not currently supported by Browser Client (Indexing, Gatekeeper).
  • You do not have proper permissions to work with that task.
