Unable to Load Data

You may see that Process Dashboard is unable to load data. There may be several reasons for this:

  • No Internet access on your computer.
  • Some infrastructural issues such as a lost LAN connection or routing issues within your domain.
  • The Application Server service has stopped.

You will need to verify whether the issue is limited to just your workstation or is affecting others. Often a simple reboot can resolve connection issues that are affecting only you. If the problem is more widespread or you cannot solve it through simple means, contact your ImageRight Administrator.
