In this topic, we continue our discussion of the Policy Cancellation feature, located on the Policy Menu.
If the policy that you are cancelling has any payments pending, you can cancel those payments using the Cancel ALL Pending Payments command. This command is used to issue a blanket cancellation of all pending installments on a cancelled policy.
- On the Policy menu, point to Policy Cancellation, and then click Cancel ALL Pending Installments.
- In the
Warning dialog box, click Yes to cancel all pending installments.
Alternatively, you can click No to cancel this process.
