Contacts

In this topic, we continue our discussion of managing commercial property on the Commercial tab in Units At Risk.

You can manage contact information for the commercial property at risk using the Contacts tab.

  • In the Building Contacts pane, enter the following information in the boxes provided.
    • Management – name of the person or organization that manages the property
    • Phone(management) – telephone number for the property manager
    • Fax(management) – fax number for the property manager, if applicable
    • Managed Since – year from which the property has been managed by the property manager
    • Inspection – name of the inspecting person or entity
    • Phone(inspector) – telephone number of the inspector
    • Fax(inspector) – fax number of the inspector
