If you have not received a response from a company from whom you requested a quote, the Followup w/Company command, located on the Brokerage Menu, can be used to create a memo to be sent to the market company.
- On the Versions tab, select the desired market company.
- On the Brokerage menu, click Followup w/Company.
- In Document Processing, edit and distribute the memo as desired.
