In this topic, we continue our discussion of homeowner property on the HomeOwners tab in Units At Risk.

On the Home Owners Detail – Pg. 2 tab, you can provide additional information about the property.

1. Enter the following information about the property in the appropriate boxes.
   1. Policy Form – name of the policy form
   2. Sq. Footage – square footage
   3. Nbr of Stories – number of stories
   4. Replace Value – replacement value of the property
   5. Nbr Family Units – number of units in the property
   6. Floor Number – floor number on which the property is located

2. In the Protective Devices pane, select all of the protective devices that are installed at this property.

3. In the Building Updates pane, use the boxes provided to enter information about the latest building updates.
