Limits – Other

In this topic, we continue our discussion of homeowner property on the HomeOwners tab in Units At Risk.

You can use the Home Owners Limits – Other tab to enter limits and deductible amounts for other forms of liability.

• In the Liability pane, enter the amounts for the following coverages or premiums in the boxes provided.
  • Personal Liab – personal liability monetary limit/coverage
  • Premises Liab – premises liability monetary limit/coverage
  • Liab Premium – personal liability amount (charged by the agency)
  • Liab Deductible – deductible monetary amount for the liabilities
  • Med Pay – monetary limit/coverage for any medical payments
  • Med Pay Premium – medical payments coverage amount (charged by the agency)
