Claims
You can track claims in AIM using the Claims command on the Policy menu.
If your agency is using the Claims Manager application, you can view claims
information in read-only format, that is, you can look at claims information
but you cannot edit it.
- On the Policy menu, point to Claims and select
one of the following commands:
