Posting Log – Journal Entries

You can view posted journal entry batches by following our next steps. Before you continue, you might find the definitions of the G/L Posting fields, features, and tabs helpful.

Field Button	Description or Use
Search For pane	Click the button to see the following search options: Batch CreatedByID Date Description DateOfCheck Entity Period SourceProcess Subledger Total Closing
Magnifying glass	Click to open the advanced search dialog box.
Search	Click Search to see the results based on your criteria.
Print	Print the search results list.
Reverse	Open the Reverse Posted Journal Entry dialog box.
Lookup tab	Displays selected batch information.
GL Posting tab	Displays the accounts used in the selected batch.
Edit GL Descriptions	Select this option to edit the description field in the selected batch.

On the GL Journal Entry menu, click Posting Log – Journal Entries.

In G/L Posting Log, enter the search information based on the definitions provided in the table earlier.
Click Search to see the search results based on the entered criteria.
