Form Field Map: Inland Marine (C)

When you generate ACORD and other forms, information from specific policy fields in AMS360 appear in corresponding form fields. AMS360 is designed so that the Line of Business sections of the Inland Marine policy data entry form correspond to the ACORD forms available for Commercial Inland Marine policies.

Example:

Policy data entered under the Equipment Floater section in AMS360 flows to the ACORD 146 Equipment Floater Section form. Data entered under the Electronic Data Processing section in AMS360 flows to the ACORD 148 Electronic Data Processing Section form.

When AMS360 creates the ACORD forms for a Commercial Inland Marine policy, it might also create related overflow forms. Whether an overflow form is created or not depends on the amount and kind of information contained in an individual policy.

Example:

If the policy includes an additional coverage at the Line of Business level, AMS360 creates an overflow form called Additional Coverages and Endorsements to accommodate this information.
