AMS360 Downloads
The AMS360 Downloads page contains program files that are required to use AMS360, as well as utilities for AfW to AMS360 migration and technical support troubleshooting.
Accessing AMS360 Downloads- Open the Administration Center.
- On the Utilities menu, click AMS360 Downloads.

Available DownloadsAMS360 Installation Downloads | Microsoft .NET Framework Version 3.5 (Web Download):AMS360 requires .NET framework v3.5. |
AMS360 Client: This is used to install the required AMS360 client components and AMS360 reports. This is required for data entry. |
| TransactNOW Installation: This installs the components necessary to use TransactNOW. TransactNOW allows you to process carrier interface transactions using real-time, single entry workflow without leaving AMS360. |
DocDesigner Prerequisites Installation: This package installs several prerequisites for the AMS360 DocDesigner feature. Word 2007 is required to use this add-in. |
AMS360 Support Downloads | DX 360 Diagnostics Tool: This tool is used by AMS Technical Support for advanced troubleshooting. This utility should only be used at the request of technical support. |
AMS360 Migration Downloads | AfW Form Letter Importer: This program allows you to import your AfW 4.5 Form Letters into your AMS360 system. |
AfW to AMS360 Merge Template Converter: This program converts AfW DataPorter form letters or form letter merge field templates from AfW format to AMS360 format. |
