Report: User Login Information

The User Login Information Report shows the login activity for employees who have not logged in over selected periods to your agency.

Use this report to show which employees should have their user login removed. This is different than inactivating an employee since inactive (and retired) employees can still log into AMS360. This report is secured for Administrator and Owner.

What is this?

User Selection

Options	What is this?
Report Users Who Have Not Logged In For	Select number of Years and Days for the report. Since: updates according to your selection. Defaults to 30 days. Also includes users who have never logged in at all.
Report Only Users Who Have Never Logged In	Restricts the report to users who have never logged in.

Report Options

Options	What is this?
Sort Order	Choose from Date of Last Login, and Employee Name.
Description	Accept the default description, or enter a new one that describes the report you are requesting.
Print Cover Page	Allows you to include a cover page listing the selected options included in the report. This option defaults as unchecked.

Employee	The Employee(s) selected for the report.
Employee Status	Active Inactive Retired Deleted
User Login Id	The short name of the Employee who entered the activity.

Days Since Last Login	Number of days since last login activity.
