Find Claims

The Find Claim form appears when you search for a claim in Contacts, Activity/Suspense, Notes, Form Letters or while creating a loss notice in eForms Manager.

The Find Claim form displays basic claim information for existing claims for the policy transaction.

  1. Select a claim from the grid, by clicking the appropriate claim row.

  2. Click Select.

If no claims appear in the grid, either basic claim information has not been entered for the policy transaction or you are viewing the wrong policy or policy transaction. ClickCanceland verify that the correct policy or policy transaction is displayed.
