TransactNOW Carrier Passport

The TransactNOW Carrier Passport feature allows quick access to, and easy navigation within, carrier Web sites. The TransactNOW banner hotspot provides you with TransactNOW Web page access from any center.

If you have not yet created a login for a specific TNOW company, you can also use TransactNOW Carrier Passport to access your TransactNOW login setup.

The TransactNOW banner is located above the center menu bar in every center. Click the banner to launch TransactNOW Carrier Passport.

Whenever you see the word Setup in a row of the Company Select grid, you can launch TransactNOW Setup from the company row by selecting the row and clicking OK.

The word Setup appears in a company row when these conditions exist:

Whenever you see the word Login in a row of the Company Select grid, you can log on to the company's TransactNOW Web page from the row by selecting the row and clicking OK.

For a company to appear as a row in the Company Select grid, TransactNOW Company Options selections must exist for the company in TransactNOW Setup.

The word Login appears in the company row under one or more of these conditions:

Follow these steps to log on to TransactNOW via TransactNOW Carrier Passport:

  1. Launch TransactNOW Carrier Passport by clicking the TransactNOW banner in any center.

  1. Select any company row that includes Login in the Action column.

  2. Click OK to open the company's TransactNOW Web page.

What is this?

Action

Indicates the action available to you with regard to this company. Either the word Login or the word Setup appears in this column.

  • A Login row takes you to the TransactNOW Web page for that company when you click OK.

  • A Setup row takes you to the TransactNOW Setup data entry form when you click OK.

Company

The name of the TNOW company.

Personal

An X indicates that a login exists for this company that allows access to Personal lines information (as selected in TransactNOW Setup > Company Web Site User Names/Passwords).

Commercial

An X indicates that a login exists for this company that allows access to Commercial lines information (as selected in TransactNOW Setup > Company Web Site User Names/Passwords).
