Leadlist Maintenance

Use Leadlist Maintenance to delete all information for suspects entered in AMS360 via Leadlist Import.

  1. From the Sales Center menu, click Actions>Leadlist Administration. The Leadlist Administration window opens.

  2. Click File>Leadlist Maintenance. The Leadlist Maintenance form appears.

    ClosedDeleting a List of Suspects

  1. From the Leadlist Maintenance form, select the list you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete in the upper right corner of the grid. A message appears asking you to confirm the deletion.

  3. Click Save or Save and Close. All the information for the members of the list marked as suspects is deleted from the AMS360 database.

If members of the list have been changed to prospect or customer types, then they are not deleted through this process.
