Right-click a cell within the column. A menu appears.
From the list select the table corresponding to where the data should appear when imported. A table sub-menu appears.
If you do not want to import the data in the column, you can either leave the column unassigned or select Ignore Column.
From the sub-menu, select the AMS360 field that matches the text and formatting of the data in the column.
When you assign a field to a column, that field appears grey and cannot be assigned to another column.
