Renewal List - Policy Comments

As part of the Renewal Management workflow, use the Renewal List - Policy Comments form to select a new Assign To employee for an expiring policy.

Use one of these two methods to access the Renewal List - Policy Comments form.

    ClosedAccess from the User Center

From the User Center:

  1. Click the My Renewals tab.

  2. Expand the applicable Renewal List or tab section so that the desired policy row appears on the tab.

  3. Click the In Progress or Comments icon (whichever is displayed) in the Actions column of the policy row to open the form.

You can access Renewal List - Policy Comments from the Policy form if comments already exist. Otherwise, you must access it from the User Center. Do the following to access Renewal List - Policy Comments form the Policy form:

  1. Expand the Basic Policy Information section.

  2. Click the Renewal Comments link to open the form.

Renewal Comments

Enter comments in the text box.

OK

Click OK to save renewal comments to the policy. The form closes and your User Center refreshes.

If these are the first comments saved to this renewal, you will see the In Progress icon change to a Comments icon in the Actions column and the message in the Stage column changes from New to In Progress.xxxxx

Cancel

The form closes without saving.

Create record for the comments above

Click the appropriate link to log a record of these comments:

  • Activity opens an Activity form with Policy, Customer, and Description data pre-filled

  • Note opens a blank Note data entry form with Customer, Policy and Note Text data pre-filled.
