The Primary Service Team consists of one account executive (Exec) and one account representative (Rep) per policy in AMS360. It may also include a broker, if applicable.
You cannot delete a member of the Primary Service Team, even when no billings exist on the policy. Instead they must be inactivated as part of a Replace action.
