In AMS360, information flows from the Policy > Line of Business > Workers Compensation > Additional Coverages to the Additional Coverages and Endorsements form.
AMS360 creates one form for risk-level Additional Coverages. It creates a separate form for any Additional Coverages at the level of the Line of Business. This example depicts a coverage at the level of the Line of Business.
