When you create a new commercial lines policy, you enter information about the policy carrier in the Company section of the Create New Policy form:
Depending on your selection here, other applicable information may flow to the ACORD 125 from the Company data entry form in AMS360.
In this example, the NAIC code for the carrier flows to the ACORD 125 along with the carrier's name.
