In the AMS360, information flows from the Policy > 125,130 Applicant Information / Locations > Commercial Locations fields to this section of the ACORD 125.
The ACORD 125 accommodates the first four premise locations on the policy (i.e., unique location and/or unique building). Any additional premises appear on the ACORD 823 Additional Premises Information Section form.
