In AMS360, information overflows from the Policy > 125, 130 Applicant Information / Locations > Commercial Locations fields to the ACORD 823 form for all premises (i.e., unique location and/or unique building) beyond the first four entries.
The first four premises entered on the policy appear on the ACORD 125 form.
