Here are some Include Exceptions to help you determine why a general ledger account number may not be included in the list.
There are two GL # lists, one including the bank accounts and one excluding the bank accounts.
When working in Receipt and Check forms, the bank accounts are excluded.
When working in Journal Entry forms, the bank accounts are included.
Reserve accounts are excluded.
Inactive accounts are excluded.
Group accounts are excluded.
The Late Charge Income accounts (41111 & 41112) for agency and broker business are excluded. The Late Charges Waived account (41210) is excluded. This prevents late charge journal entries (LJE) from being posted as adjusting journal entries (AJE).
Conversion accounts are included at the bottom of the list, if they are Active.
