Report: Unreplaced Binders

The Unreplaced Binders report identifies binder transactions that have been billed but are not associated with a replace binder transaction. AMS360 provides the following binder transactions:

ClosedAccessing the Unreplaced Binders Report

This report is accessible from any center or form with a Toolbox menu. Selecting Toolbox > Reports takes you to the Reports - All list, where you can make your selection.

Click Unreplaced Binders. This opens the Report - Unreplaced Binders; Transactions Identified as Binder and Not Associated with a Replace Binder Transaction selection form. Make your selections, pull down the File menu and select to:

What is this?

Customer

Default is (All) or you may Search and select a specific customer.

Transaction Effective Date

Options

What is this?

Transactions Effective Through Current Date

Choose this option (default) to select all unreplaced binder transactions through the current date (today).

Select Ending Transaction Effective Date

Choose this option to select all unreplaced binder transactions through a selected end date.

Policy Selection

Fields

Business Unit

Click the link to open the Business Unit Selections form and make your selections.

Representative

The default is (All) or you may select a specific representative.

Company Type

The default is (All) or select:

  • Insurance

  • Brokerage

  • Subscription

Company

List is populated based on selection in Company Type. Make a selection here if only one company is desired.

Sort Option

The default report sort selection is Representativeor you may select to sort byDivision.

Print Cover Page

Allows you to include a cover page listing the selected options included in the report. This box defaults to unchecked.

Description

Accept the default description, or enter a new one that describes the report you are requesting.

Customer service representative short name.

Div

Division short name.

Dept

Department short name.

Company

Company short name.

Policy Type

LOB, BOP, Monoline or Package.

Monoline is replaced by the first entered Line of Business when LOB's are added to the policy.

Tran

Policy Transaction Code

Tran Date

Policy transaction date.

Policy Amount

Sum of transaction premiums for the policy transaction effective date.

Billed Amount

Sum of billed premiums for the policy transaction effective date.

Name of the customer service representative, formatted as Last Name, First Name.

Company full name.

CompType

Company Type: Insurance, Brokerage or Subscription.

PolicyType

LOB, BOP, Monoline or Package.

Transaction description.

Transaction effective date.
