Additional Information Setup

The Additional Information Setup is an addendum to the Summary of Insurance Report and allows you to add information to the report. For example, you can include the account executive and representative names here.

Entering information on this data entry form creates an additional page for the report with the information you enter.

ClosedAccessing Additional Information Setup

You can only access the Additional Information Setup from the Summary of Insurance selection form > Display Options section > Include group. Click the Setup link following the Additional Information checkbox.

What is this?

Title

Type the information you want to appear as the title of the Additional Information page that prints when you choose this option.

Additional Items

Type in the items or information that you want to appear in the left column of the Additional Information page. This is a text box, so any character can be typed.

If you want to align information in this box, with information in the Additional Item Informationtext box you can visually align them and they will print as they appear on this data entry form.

Type in information that you want to appear in the right column of the Additional Information page. This is a text box, so any character can be typed.

When you have finished entering information, click this button to save your entries and return to the Summary of Insuranceselection form.

Click this button to discard any changes you have made during this editing session and return to the Summary of Insurance selection form.
