Generate a BBI User Login Report

BenefitPoint logs all successful and unsuccessful login attempts. This information is available in the BenefitPoint BBI Operational reports.

To generate a report of User Logins:

1. Login to BenefitPoint as the Broker Admin.
2. Click Business Intelligence from the top navigation menu. The BenefitPoint Business Intelligence page appears.
3. Click Operational for the top navgiation menu. The reports page appears to the left.
4. Click the check mark to expand the Staff Management report.
5. Click on Login Audit. The report requirement fields appear on the right.
6. Select desired report parameter.
7. Click Run Report to initiate the data collection.
8. To open Report results, click the Click Here link.
