Communication
Commercial Submissions supports an OAuth2.0 integration with Outlook and Gmail. Any emails sent from the platform will appear in the sent mail folder of your email provider.
Email Providers
The Super Admin user(s) can select email providers for users to set up their emails.
Currently, the only email providers that are supported are Gmail/Google and Office 365/Outlook.
The Super Admin user(s) can select one or both. If they select both, the users will be able to link email addresses using either or both providers. Users can set up multiple emails (See: My Settings – Email Setup).
