Legal Name	Line 1: Enter the first line of the name to appear on ACORD forms. Line 2: Enter the second line of the name to appear on ACORD forms.
Legal Property Description	Line 1: Enter the first line of the property description to appear on ACORD forms. Line 2: Enter the second line of the property description to appear on ACORD forms. Line 3: Enter the third line of the property description to appear on ACORD forms.
