Rate FAIR Plan	Click the box if the client needs FAIR Plan. This activates the rest of the screen.
With wrap	Click the box to rate FAIR Plan with a wrap policy.
Dwelling Value	Enter the value of the dwelling.
Other structures	Enter the coverage amount for the appurtenant structures.
Personal property	Enter the coverage amount of personal coverage.
Policy deductible	Click the Icon. Click the deductible amount.
Earthquake	Click the Icon. Click the deductible amount.
Wind/Hail Trees	Enter the amount of coverage desired.
Wind/Hail Awnings	Enter the amount of coverage desired.
Distance to brush	Enter the number of feet to the brush if the risk is in a designated brush area.
Extended coverage (EC)	Click if client wants EC.
V and MM	Click if client wants vandalism and malicious mischief coverage.
Dwelling replacement cost	Click if client wants replacement cost coverage.
Ordinance or Law	Click if client wants this coverage.
Inflation guard	Click if the client wants this endorsement.
Course of construction	Click if the dwelling is under construction and the client wants this coverage.
Quote FAIR Plan payment plan	Click if the client wants this option.
