How do I easily restore a recently saved quote?

Each of the FSC Raters employs what is known as an MRU (most recently used) list in the File menu to quickly open (restore) one of the last nine quotes saved or reviewed. When quotes are restored from the MRU list, they open in the same view that was displayed when the quote was saved with editing focus in the same field.
