How to enable quote sharing across locations
If your agency has more than one location and you wish to enable access to quotes across locations, you can do so through RaterAdmin. Log on to https://ratercsadmin.fsc.ws/ using the same administrator credentials you use to access FSC Rater. You have the option to share with all locations or each location individually. You can customize which locations you wish to enable quote sharing with.
To request sharing:
- Click Request Sharing in the Quote Sharing Status column. Click Request sharing with everyone to request sharing for all agencies. Once quote sharing has been requested, an email is sent to the agency admin for that location advising them to log into RaterAdmin to review the request.
The status of the request is displayed in the Quote Sharing Status column.
- Confirm sharing by clicking Confirm Sharing. Click Cancel to disable the Quote Sharing.
- When quote sharing is enabled, the Quote Sharing Status changes to Quote Sharing Enabled. Click Cancel to disable the Quote Sharing.
- Once quote sharing is enabled, quotes can be viewed for all locations or for a specific location on the Quote List View screen in FSC Rater.
