Use this tab to record any homeowner losses the client has had.

Date of Loss Enter the date of the loss in mmddyy format.
Loss Type
  1. Click the .
  2. Click the type of loss.
Catastrophic Click the box if yes.
Negligence Click the box if yes.
Amount of Loss Enter the total amount of the loss.

This completes the HO3 Losses tab.
